Quantum Hydrodynamics of Spinning Particles in Electromagnetic and Torsion Fields

چکیده

We develop a many-particle quantum-hydrodynamical model of fermion matter interacting with the external classical electromagnetic and gravitational/inertial torsion fields. The consistent hydrodynamical formulation is constructed for quantum system Dirac fermions on basis nonrelativistic Pauli-like equation obtained via Foldy–Wouthuysen transformation. With help Madelung decomposition approach, explicit relations between microscopic macroscopic fluid variables are derived. closed equations hydrodynamics encompasses continuity equation, dynamical momentum balance spin density evolution. possible experimental manifestations in dynamics waves discussed.

Electromagnetic Deeection of Spinning Particles

We show that it is possible to obtain self-consistent and physically acceptable relativistic classical equations of motion for a point-like spin-half particle possessing an electric charge and a magnetic dipole moment, directly from a manifestly covariant Lagrangian, if the classical degrees of freedom are appropriately chosen. It is shown that the equations obtained encompass the well-tested L...

Path integral and pseudoclassical action for spinning particle in external electromagnetic and torsion fields

We study a possibility for pseudoclassical description of a spinning particle in external electromagnetic and torsion fields. To this end we depart from the Dirac equation in such a background and derive a path integral representation for the corresponding propagator. An effective action which appears in the representation is interpreted as a pseudoclassical action for the spinning particle. It...

About Kinematics and Hydrodynamics of Spinning Particles: Some Simple Considerations

In the first part (Sections 1 and 2) of this paper —starting from the Pauli current, in the ordinary tensorial language— we obtain the decomposition of the non-relativistic field velocity into two orthogonal parts: (i) the “classical” part, that is, the velocity ~ w = ~p/m of the centerof-mass (CM), and (ii) the so-called “quantum” part, that is, the velocity ~ V of the motion in the CM frame (...
